Speakers’ Profile 

Sara Cheng

Chief Executive Officer, Fuji Xerox Singapore

As the Chief Executive Officer of Fuji Xerox Singapore, Sara is responsible for the company’s overall strategic growth and further strengthening its customer commitment, digital transformation and employee engagement.

Sara joined Fuji Xerox from her last appointment as the Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer for Xerox Asia Pacific, Services Division. She brings more than 25 years of experience in general management, new market development and consulting with Xerox, IBM, Teradata, NCR and Procter & Gamble across US, Europe and Asia Pacific.

Sara is a veteran in building teams and organisations and establishing collaborative leadership models in large companies. She has helped a number of firms create value-based selling models and to incorporate emerging digital services into their offerings. Sara has also been a pioneer in introducing data warehousing and business process outsourcing to several countries in Asia. In her career, she has served Fortune 200 clients across financial, hi-tech, telecommunication, airline and consumer product industries.

Sara has an MBA from Indiana University, USA, and MBA and BBA degrees from National Chengchi University, Taiwan. She enjoys cycling, tennis and travel. Sara was born in Taiwan and is an American citizen.

Leon O’ Reilly

General Manager, Regional Solutions Group, Fuji Xerox Asia Pacific

Leon O’Reilly is the general manager for Marketing at the Regional Solution Centre, Fuji Xerox Asia Pacific. He is responsible for driving solutions growth across 14 countries, ensuring relevant market insights are mapped onto the region’s solution roadmap and development, ensuring customers’ requirements are met, and Sales and Consulting skill sets are aligned. Additionally, Leon heads the region’s Design Thinking Practice.

Leon is an expert at strategically delivering, designing, managing and implementing service for software sales organisations.

Prior to this appointment, Leon headed the Innovation Group in Fuji Xerox Australia’s (FXA) Integrated Sales and Marketing Division. Then, he was responsible for setting the directions of the unit, and driving every aspects of the local organisation’s development, including strategy and long-range planning.

Earlier, Leon managed the consultancy group for Fuji Xerox Global Services. This role consisted of consultancy, pre-sales, post-sales, project management and development activities under the umbrella of Professional Services.

Leon holds a Bachelor’s degree with Honors in Electronic Engineering and Business Management, from the University of Plymouth in the United Kingdom, and credentials with Stanford University in Design Thinking.

 

Ian Wilson

Senior Vice President of Non-Gaming Operations, Marina Bay Sands

Ian oversees non-gaming operations at MBS. His purview includes the 2561 room hotel, as well as the Sky Park, Pool, Transportation, Call Centre, Food and Beverage Operations, Expo and Convention Centre, Call Centres, Facilities, Security, Sales, and Sustainability. He is a former member of the National Healthcare Productivity Expert Advisory Panel, a member of the Singapore Hotel Association’s Hotel Innovation Committee, the Sectoral Tripartite Committee for Hotel Industry, Chairman of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, and an advisor to both SIT and NUS.

Ian’s career started in Food and Beverage then Rooms, Distribution, Revenue Management, and Senior Operational roles first with Fairmont and now with MBS.

Ian holds Masters’ and Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University and is certified as a Journeyman Chef from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.

 

Kevyn Yong

Associate Professor, Department Management Associate Dean for Corporate Programs, ESSEC Asia Pacific

Professor Kevyn Yong's areas of expertise include creativity, innovation, entrepreneurship, and leadership, with a focus on design thinking, strategic leadership, leading change and digital transformation. He sits on the board of Live with AI (LWAI), a French-Singaporean think-tank looking at how AI can impact society positively and accelerate human development. He has also delivered customized leadership and innovation programs for Amazon in Paris, Nike in China, Takeda in Singapore, and UOB Bank in Singapore.

Kevyn holds a Ph.D. in Management, Cornell University, Ed.M. in Mind Brain & Education, Harvard University and a Bachelor of Soc.Sci in Psychology, National University of Singapore.

 

Lay Hoon Tan

Chief Operations Officer, Manulife

Lay Hoon Tan has been Chief Operations Officer of Manulife (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. since Mar 2015. She is responsible for overseeing the Manulife's Information Services (IS), Operations Strategy & Transformation Procurement, Office Management and Operations division that includes business functions such as new business, underwriting, claims, customer services, concierge, and policy services. In her role, she also leads strategic technology and change management projects to help Manulife achieve its business goals. Ms. Tan holds a Bachelor of Business Studies with a major in Actuarial Science from Nanyang Technological University. She is also a Fellow of the Life Management Institute. 

Dr Steve Wyatt 

Managing Partner (Asia Pacific), Heidrick Consulting

Since 1989, Dr Steve Wyatt has led and supported corporations (operating in Asia), through transformations to improve performance, pivot direction, and increase strategic and corporate agility. Steve is also a board member (Asia representative) of the Global Innovation Management Institute (GIMI), which certifies corporations and individuals for their innovation capabilities and accomplishments. Steve holds a PhD Business Administration and Management from Singapore Management University and a MA, MEng Management and Engineering from University of Cambridge.

 

Eric Sandosham

Founder & Partner, Red & White Consulting Partners LLP 

Eric is a well-known leader and practitioner in business analytics. He is widely recognised across the region as one of the early pioneers in the decision science practice. In 2013, he co-founded Red & White Consulting Partners LLP, a boutique business analytics consultancy which leverages data and analytics to ‘connect the dots’ between People, Products and Profit, so as to improve business performance. 

Before becoming an entrepreneur, Eric spent 18 years in Citi Asia Pacific. He was the Managing Director and Regional Head of the bank’s Decision Management function for Asia Pacific, where he oversaw a team of more than 300 analysts across 14 markets, contributing to 25% of the consumer bank’s revenues. 

Eric holds a PhD Philosophy Singapore Management University and a MSc Statistics National University of Singapore.

 

Audrey Kuah

Managing Director, Dentsu Aegis Network, Global Data Innovation Centre  (Headquartered in Singapore) 

Audrey is a digital, marketing, advertising and business leader with more than two decades of experience in these fields and across many industries and geographies. She is the founder of a business and marketing consulting company, Litmus Asia Pacific. 

She has worked in leading global marketing communications companies such as J. Walter Thompson, Mindshare, MAXUS and Mediacom. and she was a client-side marketer in the travel, hospitality and financial services industries. 

Audrey joined the Dentsu Aegis Network firstly as CEO, Singapore, Aegis Media Singapore in October 2011, before moving to a role as Chief Client Officer, Southeast Asia and then assumed the role to head up the Group’s first-ever global R & D Centre, headquartered in Singapore from June 1, 2016.

The Dentsu Aegis Network Global Data Innovation Centre is the network’s first-ever global R & D centre of its kind. Supported by the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), the Singapore-based centre will research on how new technologies and methods can be combined with our deep marketing and advertising expertise to develop proprietary and large-scale marketing products and platforms fit for the digital economy. Since then, the Centre has released a global digital marketing effectiveness platform and is on track to release a world-leading A.I. marketing knowledge and insights platform and a global automated trader in the programmatic advertising.

Audrey was awarded an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2007 and graduated with a B.A. from National University of Singapore in 1992.

Luke Ng

Chief Operating Officer, Fuji Xerox Singapore

Luke is the Chief Operating Officer in Fuji Xerox Singapore. He oversees a diversified portfolio which includes Corporate Strategy, Sales Operations & Competency, Human Capital & Corporate Social Responsibility and Integrated Channel Business Group. 

Prior to joining Fuji Xerox, Luke held various regional leadership roles at VMware, Xerox Services, Hewlett Packard, Cisco Systems and Microsoft focusing on Strategy & Planning, Business Development, Competitive & Market Intelligence, Sales & Marketing Operations and Program Management.

Luke holds a PhD in Business from the Singapore Management University, an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, a MSc in Industrial & Systems Engineering and a BSc in Mathematics.
